Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS:
We take all payments through Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay, all major credits cards are accepted.
Any other payment methods (check, cash, transfers) are not accepted. Transfers are only accepted in Portugal.
Prices are presented in €(EUR), $(USD) e £(GBP). The Exchange rate is made by Paypal.
DELIVERY:
After payment, packages are sent within 3 business days.
If the product is out off stock, we need 1 - 3 weeks for production.
Packages are posted via CTT (Portugal Post) or other Courier, using registered delivery
Postal fees depend on the destination country of shipment and package weight. Website calculates the cost before you finalize your order.
Portugal Post estimated lead times :
To Portugal: within 3 business days
To Europe: 3 to 4 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 20 business days.
We like Wood is not responsible for any delays.
Delivery outside the european union:
All orders that are shipped outside the EU are subject to customs inspection, which can cause delivery delays and may result in the application of customs fee, which fee shall be the responsibility of the customer.
We use recycled boxes.
CANCELLATIONS:
You can cancel the purchase within 2 days after the order, the money will be refunded or will be credited to you be able to acquire another item.
First send an email to (
store@welikewood.com) with your order number and the reason.
RETURN POLICY:
You can return your order within 14 days of its receipt.
You must fill out the online form and wait for our answer. Then send us the item in original packaging and undamaged.
Postages are responsibility of the buyer.
After we check the product conditions, we will contact you to choose your refund option: refund the value, credit note or exchange for another item.
In case of any damage, we will not give the refund.
If you you received a wrong product or a faulty item please fill out the online form within 48 hours, and wait for our answer.
After our answer, send us the item in original packaging and undamaged.
We will do everything to correct situation as soon as possible.
We will refund postage for any faulty or wrong items returned to us, but not until the returne and confirmed as faulty or wrong.
We will contact you to choose your repayment option: item replacement, refund of the value or credit note.
Only products that are in their original condition will be replaced or refunded.
IMPORTANT:
All products are quality controlled and checked before sending. If you receive an item not in perfect conditions, please contact us.
NOTE: Our products are made in first quality wood.
This may vary for grain, colour, knots and other markings.
We try to display our products as accurately as possible on our website, however different computers display different colours.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on natural variation of wood.
VOUCHERS
You can purchase vouchers to offer! The minimum value of the voucher is 10 €(EUR), you can define the value of your gift.
The value of the voucher cannot be refunded.
If you receive a gift voucher you’re a lucky person! If you choose an item cheaper than your voucher, difference is not refunded.
Choosing a piece of superior price, you can complete through the normal form of payment.
The vouchers is valid 6 months.
Litigation
